How do I get the dangling keys from hitting my legs?

I'm 6'1 and no matter how I position the driver's power seat, my keys that are attached to my Ford key ring hit my legs. Wtf!

Also, is it true 3.73 get better city gas mileage than 3.31's?

What I did was put velcro tape for the keys hitting my leg.

One Key in the ignition plus Key ring, no problem.
I am 6'2" and have no problem doing it that way.

Easy, live in your car, throw away the rest of your keys. Problem solved.

lots of keys dangling is not good for the ignition. My cure would be get a piece of string and tie the dangling keys to the rear view mirror.

I would argue that 3.73 its not any worse. Possibly better on certain situations...

I can do 35 mph in 6th gear no problem. Not sure you can do that with 3.31's

Get one of those multi-key ring links where you can remove the Mustang key from the main key ring. It's a quick-release deal.

yep, the keys tickle my leg too . . . I try to ignore it . . . if I put the seat back far enough to straighten out my knees for more clearance, then I can barely reach the steering wheel and clutch

Insert Keys, start car, pull out roll of duct tape, wrap steering coloum with said duct tape, drive away.

Seriously tho, there's a thread about this?

Why did Ford cheap out (as usual) and not put a push button start system like in the SHO?

Why doesn't Jokerstars have any pictures up of his car yet? Did you finally materialize the car in your head since you were thinking about it so much that no matter what car you get in your brain sees a 2011 GT?

The gas mileage in the 3.73 seems unlikely. No real data yet but it doesn't seem like the guys with 3.73 rears get great gas mileage. Driving style, conditions, road rage, this all contributes so maybe thread can be started for fuel mileage vs. the rear end ratios.

Install an RFID system in your car to bypass the key in ignition all together. Install your own push button start where the 12v adapter is.

While you're at it install a door pop actuator so that when you get close enough the door opens for you. Just options.
