To all the guys not wanting to drive due to rock chips/front end damage, get a clear bra installed. Pricey, but so worth it.
Don't have to worry about driving it at all, and you can only tell its even there with polarized sunglasses if you know where the seams are.
This is also on a white car, where anything and everything shows up. Practically invisible on a darker color car.

I have 13 GT, fully paid off and I intend to keep her.
I purchased her used in Sept 2014 with 34500 miles. In that time she is now at 59900 miles. For the past 2 months i've stored the car concerned with driving too many miles in such a short space of time.
I am not worried about reliability, I have the ford esp until 125k.
Ive been riding my motorcycle or scooter to work and I am sick of random weather raining on me.
I unsuspended my insurance today.
I guess i'm looking for acceptance that the car was ment to be driven. I just dont like seeing the miles go up you know.

These cars are meant to be daily drivers. Mustangs are not collector cars. Maybe the shelbys, Roush, saleen variants but everything else is just a daily. It's a $30-40k car, not that much more than buying an accord or Camry and nobody is trying to preserve those. It's just a way more fun daily than your run of the mill commuter. Just drive and it have fun, that's why you bought it. No matter what, you are going to take a hit on depreciation when you try and sell it. None of us are going to make any money on these.
So would you rather get an extra $2k on trade and keep it in the garage wiping it down everyday and staring it or redlining everyday and having a blast?

My car was bought new in april 2014 with 3 miles on the clock. It now has 30k miles, and increasing. I drive it whenever i can because i love to drive it and enjoy the car. At the end of the day its a mustang, not a classic car or a rare car, or anything exotic. So whats the point in not driving it because youre only saving it for the next guy instead of enjoying it yourself.

^you guys act like sealing it up in a humidity controlled garage is the only alternative...
Mine is more than a daily driver/appliance for me...and I don't just drive it around like a regular car...I drive it when I want to drive it. It doesn't get driven in bad weather or in places where it will be vulnerable to damage...because I LOVE it. Nevertheless, I've racked up almost 30,000 miles (5,500/year) on it and I've loved every one.
There is a middle road here, guys.

Well, I hit the big 100K this weekend on the way home from Nebraska. I bought her on 9/2/11 with 11,000 miles, so I've driven her another 89,000 in less than 5 years. What can I say - I love driving and we do a lot of it!
I'm going to do a larger, 100k review post but I'll summarize by saying it's performed extremely well, with no major problems. There's been a couple annoying things (power seat failure and hood bubbling being the biggest) but I don't think you can own any car for 100,000 miles with no problems. Bonus: I got 27.3 MPG on this tank of gas, most of which was spent between 75-82 MPH with the car pretty full of stuff and the A/C blowing hard.
