Well, myself, being the genius that I am, decided to peel off the driver side airbag warning sticker from the visor. Well it was going well until I got lazy and ripped it too fast. It left the adhesion behind on the visor and its awfully ugly and I'd like to do the other too. Any ideas what will work to remove this? I have a TON of detailing stuff so I have products, just not too sure what would be safe and maybe remove this. Here's 2 pics...

Well, here goes..I found this link on the WEB, but it is for removing Super Glue. I am not sure how helpful this will be, but it may be worth a little time to test a small spot on the visor, Good luck!

That's going to be tough.

I'd say try a product called "Goof Off" but it is a petroleum based product and it smells pretty bad so you would have to use something else to get it off after it gets the adhesive off.

Try Goo Gone it has a citrus smell and is made for removing gum and glue or possibly a carpet cleaner like woolite. Just make sure to read up if Goo Gone may incidentally bleach the fabric.

Goo-Gone is a good suggestion, I use De-Solv-It. Took the tar off my rockers after an unfortunate run into w/ a paving crew with no way to turn around, no after affects.

You may want to watch using harsh stuff. There is foam under the coloring. It doesn't play well with chemicals. You may end up melting the cover right off the visor...

I also agree with Goo Gone. It DOES have a weirdly pleasant citrus smell. Just use a small amount on a small section of fabric to make sure no negative impact on the cloth

How to Remove Goo Gone Residue
By Laura Diaz, eHow Contributor

Things You'll Need
· 2 white cloths
· Mild laundry detergent
· All-purpose cleaner
· Paper towel

Instructions
1. Blot the Goo Gone off the surface. Absorbing all extra Goo Gone from a surface--whether it's cloth or a hard surface--will make cleanup significantly easier. It's best to use a thick white cloth. A paper towel is not absorbent enough; you're likely to end up with a mess of Goo Gone on your hands. A white cloth ensures you won't leave residue from the cloth on the surface you are cleaning.

2. Soak a white cloth in a mild laundry detergent, and spread generously on the affected area. This approach is best for soft surfaces. Once you have generously applied the detergent mix, use a clean cloth dipped in water to rinse the area. To avoid leaving residue from the detergent mixture, rinse thoroughly. If you are cleaning any sort of cloth, you can't tell if you have lifted all the residue until the area is completely dry. If you find residue after the area has dried, repeat this step.

3. All-purpose cleaner is the easiest way to remove Goo Gone residue from a hard surface. Use a generous amount of all-purpose cleaner on the affected area. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Dry the surface thoroughly with a paper towel. If your surface isn't clean, the paper towel will show signs of residue, and you should repeat this process.

Tips & Warnings
Goo Gone contains harsh chemicals that can dry the skin and may cause a reaction in sensitive skin. To avoid a reaction, use plastic or latex gloves when working with Goo Gone.

Visor glue

Hi, go to bob white decals website I believe he sells a few different styles of decals to cover those airbag stickers. Then you won't have to worry about removing glue and damaging the visor. Irv.

I've had good luck with methanol removing stickers off equipment. It might discolor the visor, though. I'd try a test spot in an inconspicuous area first. Steam also can do wonders. An iron or one of those clothes steamers may do it.
