Needed to remove the headrests today to install new seat covers. Was having trouble removing them, so went to a couple forums that all said the same thing. "Push the button at the base of the headrest support while at the same time push a paperclip into the hole on the opposite side support". Duh, the 2013 has one large button, and after carefully looking, on smaller button on the opposite post. Thought some of you might be confused as I was. Somewhere along the line, Ford changed things and added the second button.
