Had a "weird, but good" experience today!

I live in Naples, Fla but live at the edge of the city limits out in the country and its about a 10 miles drive into Naples, so anyway I was driving up Immokele Road today and was in the center lane and noticed a SUV kinda beside of me and it wouldnt pass so finally they got up next to me and was taking photos of my GHIG 5.0 out the window of their KIA and after they passed the guy put his camera out the window and took shots of the front as well......I was shocked but pleased!

Get used to it.
I get compliments, nods, thumbs up, etc.. quite often.
Part of the Mustang life I guess.

happens to me all the time.. I was head to head with a cute girl at a intersection as we sat there I saw her take out her phone and snaps some pictures.. When the light changed we started to make out turns she smiled and did the girlie finger wave as she pulled away..

I had a Asian in a riced out scion Tc take a turn extra slow to check out my ride. Then last Friday some kids in a Toyota Matrix pulled up and reved their motor like they wanted to go. Brought a smile to my face.

You're lucky he didn't swerve into you trying to drive and take pics at the same time.

yep...definitely get used to it ...happens to me all the time. Adults, kids...it doesn't matter. They all stop in their tracks to look. One time I was riding with a hot head friend of mine and he saw somebody staring and forgetting he was in my car started to say "what are you looking at" thinking the guy was staring us down or something. I was like chill man...he's looking at the car. We had a good laugh about it and he was like oh yeah...lol.

I find this odd-I mean, there's plenty of Mustangs out there already.

Now what I drive at work...that's a different story.

I've never had anyone take a photo yet, but (almost) every time I go through a drive through fast food place, the young guy at the window says, "I love you car." Or something similar. It's nice. The Mustang has such a classic body. I'm still in love with it after 9,500 miles and 15 months of ownership.

Sometimes I feel like there is some famous person riding in my car with me when I'm driving around Europe. Especially when I hit the larger cities. Everywhere I go people are pulling phones out and snapping pictures. A friend of mine and I were sitting waiting to go into the parking garage downtown Nuremburg and there was a kid with a rather nice camera taking what must have been 50 pictures of our cars. My buddy drives a Bullitt that's all stock and really clean.

Happens to me all the time, just about 1-2 times a week. Especially when children are around... I guess it is like my nephew said "It looks like my Hot Wheels car in real life!" The funny thing is that the dad's driving are the ones that point out the car and then the kid takes out the phone and takes a picture. Sometimes at night is does freak me out but nonetheless a cool experience. Enjoy!

Everytime I take the car out here in eastern Europe I get the looks, nods, pic, questions, and challenges to race. Mustangs are rare in this part of the world, and in some of the smaller towns and villages they never seen one. I remember once a guy was saying "that's not a Ford, I know every Ford there is and that's not one of them". He didn't believe until I showed him the owners manual and then he called it something new they just came out with. I didn't have the heart to tell him they been building them for over 45 years.

Yesterday I had a passenger in an Altima to my left asking if my car had a governor on it. Can't say I've ever had a stranger ask me that one before...

This kinda stuff has been happening to me for as long as I can remember. I have always had a nice hooked up car.

I been getting quite a few people wanting to rev up my car at stop light and while driving.
