Gurney flap?
It's adjustable. This is from the press release for the SVT package:
A unique rear spoiler Gurney Flap was developed for increased rear downforce and improves handling balance in high-speed corners. Introduced by racing legend Dan Gurney nearly 40 years ago, the flap is essentially a tunable element on a low-drag spoiler. Front downforce has been increased 25 percent through improved cooling pack sealing and a new front underbody closeout panel.
A Gurney flap, aka a 'wickerbill' is nothing more than a protruding tab perpendicular (or close enough) to the rest of a wing. It induces extra downforce at speed at the expense of drag. In this picture of an Indy Car's flap:

You'll see the gray slat sticking up. That's the Gurney flap. The adjustment part of this system is the flap slides through the side, and different heights are installed as needed.
I imagine a similar slide, or perhaps a clipping mechanism of some kind. But I don't think you'll be adjusting it's height on the car without changing it... unless it's to change it's tilt, aka NASCAR spoilers?
Should be interesting.
