GT500 mufflers on 2012 V6
Someone posted a link to another site where someone had the GT500 mufflers put on their V6...I had been wanting something just a little louder and deeper than stock, but the V6 Ford Racing mufflers, the only ones I have really liked so far, are almost $700 while the GT500 are only $310. I realize ( or at least I am assuming) these would need to be welded on due to the difference in the diameter of the pipes, I think 2.75 versus 2.5 inches, so once I do this it seems I would be stuck with them. Has anyone heard this set-up in person...the video clip sounds pretty good but they are not always accurate. Also, I was wondering if since these were made for a V8, if it would cause any performance or some other type of issue using them on the V6. Any input before I pull the trigger would be greatly appreciated...
