Cool GT with GT500 front end

Anyone know anymore about this car? First GT I've seen with a GT500 front end conversion.

Looks like it's sitting on Boss 338 wheels, too

It has the BMC Black Mamba hood. Similar to the Venom hood out there...
The grille and bumper are GT500.

i did some research on getting a price on a gt500 front fascia..too expensive to do.. better off getting a real gt500..with all the exterior upgrades he did and probably motor upgrades puts u in gt500 range. plus when its time to sell car, parts wont matter in selling price..that being said car looks good

Wow!

Good God..that is the best aftermarket hood I have ever seen...where has this thing been the last 4 months I have been lurking? ;-) I have never heard of Black Mamba but their site is now bookmarked.

sucks the stock hood wont work. probably better off using a roush front end, kinda close.

i was looking at a supersnake hood, the lower bumper valance w/ lights..ran about $3500 without labor and paint..add some aftermarket wheels(good quality),tires, spoiler, rear valance, bolt ons( mufflers,x pipe, sct, cai, gears) and labor and paint, slight suspension upgrades( ex: to hook up better and handling)..your looking at $10g's...add to your base ,say for ex $36,500 plus $10k =$46,500.. figure a gt500 runs about 50k..give or take$3500 or so..doesnt pay imo...you might as well save up for the other few thousand and get yourself the real deal..when it comes time to sell a car modded all the way up you wont get what you put in let alone if they would want it ...if your going for the whole shelby look then do it right imo. go the real way..if u want something different then everyone else then thats cool..im planning to take a couple parts from roush and shelby but not go nuts..anyway, that car is bad to the bone even though not so crazy about the wheels.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with the owner? I know someone in this thread said that there was another longer thread with info on this car.

It looks amazing, and I really want to talk to the owner about his suspension and wheel setup.

Unless any of you know what he's running?

Thanks in advance!

Same here; that car is beautiful; but the front end conversion is just too expensive ($3000 w/ hood on BMC's webpage). Lots of props though for doing it!!! Soooo, I'm planning on getting a Roush fascia w/ splitter instead

They are but I don't think they're aggressive enough for the GT500 kit...

I like it, admittedly I wasn't very fond of the 2010-2011 GT500 front fascia when I first saw it, but the look has steadily gorwn on me.
