Gotta love the Borla Atak!!!!!

Like most of you guys thinking about a louder exhuast for your 2011 GT, I was going crazy making my decision. I got the Borla Atak and now my 2011 sounds like a beast ready to go!! It's not as loud as most think, it's actually a nice rumble and when you hit it......... BROOOM. I wanted to go LOUD since my 99 GT was pretty loud. But these aren't obnoxious loud, in my opinion they are the way a mustang should sound. These sound clips we get are not giving you a good sound to go by. You have to hear it live. In the future I will do the off road X and possibly long tubes so im sure it will be louder. JUST DO IT!!!

Sweeeeet! I have the borla s type catback and loooovvve it! It took me forever to decide atak or s type and decided s type since my last mustang had it to.....either way I love both! And totally agree the sounds clips don't do it justice, once you hear it in person its pure WOW! Did you get the catback?? If you did why get another x pipe??

Are the S-Types livable for an every-day-driven 2011 Mustang 5.0? I had Borla S-Types on my 2007 Mustang GT and, while it was the best-sounding exhaust system around, in my opinion, there were times when the drone was almost unbearable.

I also had the s type on my 07 gt and had barely any drone....but the s type catback for the 2011 gt is loud! When you want it to be, but zero drone when your cruising! And when your driving easy and shifting before 2500 rpm the sound isn't loud at all it's just a low deep rumble...perfect if you ask me! But get the catback and not just the axleback! It's a night and day difference for feel and performance! :-)

I'll sell you my BBR OR/X (same exact thing as the Lethal OR/X) for a great price. I'm about to pull it from my car this weekend. It makes the ATAKs too loud for my liking. It sounds beastly outside of the car, but I wanted the volume at 10 and the OR/X turned it up to 11. Let me know if you're interested.

Will the Borla ATAK fit my 2010 GT500? If so, that's what I think I finally want. I love the line that says Borla ATAK is for the people who would rather listen to their exhaust than their radio, because that is most certainly me. The radio is almost never on. Sounds like a winner for me if it fits.

he had his car vinyl wrapped in flat black. thread on that somewhere around here.

the borla's sound like the full Mac exhaust I had on my '89 GT. Little too loud for my taste.

You'll need an exhaust for the 2010

Here is the link for a few we have
