These tires came from the factory on my BBP auto. Do any of you guys run these and do they hydroplane bad as some people say ?

I have those on my BBP auto and have had no hydroplaning even in downpours.

Thanks, that's what I wanted to here. Some of the reviews I've read had me worried.

Had them on my track wheels for a couple months, no issues. They are cheap on tirerack! Considered them as track tires but they were sold out when I needed them.

They're a decent option for track tires; they're not going to handle well with a car that's above 500HP, however, just FYI. I had mine for about 2000 miles before I sold them with the wheels, I never had any issues with hydroplaning, but I also drove carefully in the rain.

How many miles do you have on them?

I switch them out for coopers in the winter, so I have about 8000 on them so far.

Price looks good on these. Can any one vouch for their dry track (road course) performance?

Also, there's like a 80 dollar rebate on them right now. Be sure to save your receipt if you get them. I remember it came in the mail the form of a pre paid card. Free money!

Yes it counts. Did you have any rain issues with them?

Honestly, I thought they were d@mn good tires. They did well in rain but were removed in winter. They handle well as I was often hard on them.

Additionally, They felt very "secure" on the road. I have Pirelli all seasons on my GT and don't have the same sense of security. Could be many variables in my situation but I still recommend the Goodyears.

I wonder why some of the BBP cars came with these and mine came with Pirelli P Zero's? Maybe cause they have auto's and mine is a 6spd?

Yes, I believe transmission choice will determine whether you get Goodyears or Pirellis. Seems odd.

I picked up a set of used F1's on Craigslist with about 3k on them. I've put a little over 6k on them and have had no issues at all in the rain, even in downpours.

Ran an autocross over the weekend and loved it..tires did well.

I am assuming the BBP cars are the Brembo Brakes Package. I have read on this forum and others that some of the cars with just BBP came with Good Years. While the Track Pack cars have the Pirelli's.

I have a track Pack car and it has the Pirelli's.
