Can't remember who... I think it was FMBPhil that mentioned (on BON..i think... i read too many sites)
that the front shot of the 2010 was leaked a year or so ago on one of the Ford BOLD MOVES videos, and no one seemed to notice.

The Bullitt dash look is just a different sheet of aluminum w/ the engine turned pattern used in the same place as the "regular" aluminum panels you can get in other Mustangs. No different than coming up with another paint color and painting a fender green instead of black. There's really no R&D costs to be recovered, certainly not enough to pay for a larger engine....
Although I do agree, it'd be cool to get it as option on other models.
