Got a letter from FLM offering a free upgrade of best of XM for rest of trail period with SIRIUS.
Called the # and they didn't know anything, they said I should call Ford.
Has anyone else got this offer?

 

Tried to call Sirius on this, went through the painful menus and long waits, finally got someone who said I already had the XM extra, just try channel whatever and you'll see.

I didn't have the car with me, so I ended the call. Later tried the specified channel and found that I DID NOT have it.

To heck with it, I'm not calling and playing that stupid menu game and delays again.

 

Spent 45 minutes on the phone with them.
Got same result.
