There are so many variable involved in street and or track that you can't say that a certain car will always be faster on either. This can go both ways and is all about the driver and their experience.
Personally I have seen first hand cars get beat that had a massive advantage (or so they thought).
I won't condone or celebrate street racing but the reality is it does happen.

My most expensive mods have been the tires. They hook, even with 629TQ/619HP at the wheels. Changed the behavior of the car entirely.

What'd you end up getting for tires? Hopefully my nt555r drag radials will hook better than the stock pirellis

Personally I like fish tailing all over the road through the gears and hanging the *** out on the corners

They will. If you heat them up, you'll get bucketfuls more traction.

I have Proxes 888's on all four corners: 315/30/20 on the back and 285/35/20 on the front.
