Front License Holder

I live in Pa. so I don't need to put on a front license plate BUT mu question is should my car come with the hardware for the front plate ( license bracket and screws etc) like in a plastic bag or whatever so that if I ever sell the car or decide to put a vanity plate in front I will have the factory hardware to so so without having to purchase it. I do know that there are aftermarket holders for the front plate, but I'm specifically asking about the factory hardware coming with a new car.

Yes. It comes with it from the factory. Tell your dealer to leave it in the trunk when your car gets there.

We don't have front plates where i live. My V-6 didn't come with the hardware for a front plate.

I guess it only comes from the factory in states that require them then. It's a no-cost option though, so you should be able to get one for little to no cost at all...
