Front bumpers and chin

2010 models are only interchangeable with 2010-12 body parts. Ford changed the design again for 2013-14.

If you do the Bumper and hood you can do the GT500/13/14 transformation, but you will need more than just the hood and bumper, inner bumper is different as well as the stuff under the bumper to the frame and probably more stuff I have not even mentioned.

I guess you prefer the catfish look of the 13-14 front end, over the shark look of the 2010-2012?
Personally I cannot understand why anyone would feel that way, but each to their own, LOL . . .
I believe the basic "chassis" is the same and the body panels are interchangeable on all of the S197 cars, but you need to get the whole thing to work together and mate up correctly. Meaning you would need the hood, grill, and front fascia, plus maybe some of the supporting brackets; and I think it would all match up to the fenders correctly.

As for putting the front end from a 13-14 on the 10-12? yeah, I agree that it can be done only if the entire body panels from the front end, including the hood, grill, front fascia, and brackets just as you mentioned are used, otherwise, they will not mate up properly.

oops, yeah sorry, thanks for correcting . . . I think they are compatible from 2005-2009 and 2010-2014; major body redesign in 2010 and only "minor" body changes in 2013

I believe so, yes. Just make certain you get the hood, grill, front fascia and all mounting brackets!

Yeah I put a 2013 nose on my 2012 no problem, just had to get all the brackets and hardware. The Shelby is the same situation but has different mounting brackets.

Just wondering because I might want to go in the other direction . . . I have been thinking about a later model GT, but I really don't like the front end on the 2013-2014 cars so I might actually go in the other direction (put a 2012 nose on a 13-14 car)

What did you do with the 2012 parts?

If you want to swap on a 2010-2012 GT500 front bumper onto a 2010-2012 V6 or GT, you need the bumper cover, hood, and several other items behind and below the bumper.
From a post I saw somewhere, these are supposedly all the parts needed to do a GT500 front-end conversion:
(plus the hood, plus paint and labor)
.

Demonic,
Where are you located?
There's a guy near Richmond, Virginia that needs a '10-'12 hood and other body parts:
