Might as well circle the Mercury name and logo as well!

Internet Explorer Market Share as of June 2010 is actually:

IE 6 - 17.17%
IE 7 - 11.79%
IE 8 - 25.84%

So really not all that crazy....

I still use IE6 on one of my home computers. . . because IE7 sucks. IE8 is much better but Firefox is my go-to browser.

Oh, and thanks for the reminder. I filled out the survey but waited to see if my dealer would respond to an email I sent. He didn't. There go the survey marks. Eff their CSI.

Probably what is more out of date is the practice of ford using their salesman to coach the customer into giving excellent as an answer on the viewpoint survey. Does ford really think the customer will mistake those received responses as their own beliefs?

Exactly. Gives a wide reach for potential better participation. Like fast loading home pages. Save the bells and whistles for other pages.

(Nothing ticks me off more than when music or a video starts auto playing on a home page. They immediately lose my eyeballs. Not everyone in the US has full-on cable broadband, and many of us have daily bandwidth limitations. )

I get what you mean. My salesperson kept stressing how important it is to give PERFECT marks. Saying something along the lines of, "If we get a 9 out of 10, that means we FAILED."

Even though I wasn't as satisfied as I indicated on the survey, I gave them all perfect marks just so I don't have to deal with the guy anymore. It also helped that he (or, likely, the dealership's customer service department forging his signature) sent me a thank you card and a box of **** good cookies.

I read on a Mustang forum, here or on allfordmustang.com, a female user was dissatisfied with the salesperson/dealership after a purchase and indicated as much on the survey. Her salesperson kept calling her nonstop and leaving voicemails when she didn't return his call. Would have been an awkward conversation indeed. "WHAT DID I DO WROOOOONG???"
