Maybe try a different browser or computer, Ive tested all of the links and they are working as they should. Also had others in the other thread with same links post up and say they have already completed survey and all.
Thanks

I am in the process of waiting for my special order GT/CS. My dealership has been of almost no help to me whatsoever. This is the second time with a special order and a different dealership than the last one. Both experiences lacked any kind of quality customer service. It's almost as if they don't want to sell cars. If it weren't for Deysha, I would be wondering if the order was even placed at all.

Just completed my ~hour survey with the Ford rep. I was able to use the experimental version of the website that Ford is working up for tracking. It's pretty good! I was impressed with the info available - I "tracked" my car (which was delivered back in June) and if this site had been available during my ordering process, it would have been a great help for tracking. I made a number of suggestions to the rep, and although I wasn't given any indication of the rollout date for the website, it looked like it was already integrated with the Ford database, as my VIN # came right up with all the accurate dates (order processed, production, waiting shipment, shipping, delivery, etc).
Glad I was able to partake in this and hopefully some of my suggestions are noted (like yellow status bars if there are delays and a line entry about the cause of delay)
Interested if anyone else did the survey?

I also just did the survey and my experience was pretty much the same. I agree it looks as if the tracking site is pretty far along in development. It is pretty obvious that Ford has been paying attention to criticism about the lack of an easy way for customers to track their orders and is doing something about it.

So very true, and Deysha certainly makes a superior effort to answer everybody's questions. A website could satisfy routine tracking inquiries, but it will not replace Deysha!

I got a phone call the day after signing up and spoke to a survey rep for a while. She said that I was a candidate for the survey and we scheduled it for Monday. She said that she was going to email me a link, but I didn't get it yet. Do they send you the link the day of the survey? Or did you get it right away?
