I have a 2013 GT on order with a delivery date scheduled for 3/29. I have signed up for the brochure about 5 times but they only have sent me one and I want to know if I will be able to use this offer

You know the drill on the brochure offers. "The information you requested, The offer you didn't expect. I hit on my Flex last year for and extra $750.

This one is not as clear as the extra $750.

It states Cash Back* $1,500

The* states: Take new retail delivery from dealer stock by 04/02/12. Ford Motor Company reserves the right to change incentives at any time etc, etc, etc.

So the question on this is will I be able to take advantage of this?

If I ordered the car is it from dealer stock?
It makes no mention of MY
There is no number, how does the dealer confirm this?

Your ordered car is considered dealer stock as soon as it arrives at the dealer.

Dealer can check offers via VINCENT.

I suggest e-mailing any questions and your customer i.d. number (if there is one) or any identifier from the coupon to your dealer and have him check it out. If you have a good dealer, he is your advocate.

 

The $1500 in the brochure you have is just the current incentive not the special "customer cash" from previous brochures with the coupon. I just went through all of this today at the dealer when I got my car.

As far as whether the $1500 incentive will be usable on your ordered car when it comes in will be up to the dealer. Technically when it is beyond the incentive date it is no good any more.

But who knows, there may be a better incentive by then.

 

What model brochure had this 1500$ incentive in it?

 

I have the same question. The last page in brochure (for Mustang that I received last month) on the left had the $1500 cashback offer and on the right $750 Private cash offer. The dealer accepted the $750 private cash coupon but didn't respond to my inquiry about the $1500 offer.

I contacted Ford yesterday on toll free number and awaiting on formal response regarding the $1500 offer and whether I can use it on my order. The build date is supposed to be 3/29.

 

Just the little fold out 2012 brochure they send out in the mail when you request one on ford.com.




If yours has the private cash and the regular $1500 incentive then you did better than me! That's what I was hoping for but didn't get. Salesman put my info in the computer and showed me there was no other incentives available under my name.

 

How long does it take to receive the brochure once you order it?

 

I was in the dealer Saturday getting ready to place my order and they said there is only a $500 rebate right now. I understand the $750 private rebate, and am waiting to get mine hopefully, but where is the $1500 coming from? Even Ford's special offer sites, USAA, and Edmunds, shows only $500 rebate on the '13s and $1500 for the'12s.

 

The "Cash Back" incentive is listed in the 2012/13 brochure on the flipside of the $750 "Private Cash" offer that expires 04.27.12. Note that it states "cash back or APR" so you only get that $1,500 if paying cash. Not sure if both offers can be combined but the offers on "Cash Back" and APRs expire 04.02.12.

 

P.S. Took me about 10 days to get a brochure.

 

No, you can get the $1500 incentive even if you finance, you just can't get it along with the low APR rate.

We tried it both ways on mine and the cash incentive worked out best. Of course my credit is trash so that had something to do with it.

 

Okay; that makes sense. And were you able to combine offers? (Not that it matters to me if its a hard date, as my dealer wont be taking delivery by 04.02. Im still waiting on a VIN.)

 

You can combine the private cash and the $1500 if you have the coupon or at least it is registered for you in the computer.

 

so if im understanding this correct. Im eligible for the $1000 rebate because i placed my order early enough and i just ordered a brochure. If the brochure has an offer for me im able to combine those?

 

Mine was on a 2012 but if you get the coupon then you should be able to.

It was a 2012 brochure but nothing is mentioned on the offer about 2012. There are no numbers or identifiers other than my name and address.

Like I said, I did not get the private cash offer on this one that I got on my Flex.
