Ford CS worked for me

I ordered my GT on April 20, but have not yet received a VIN.

So yesterday, I got my order number and my dealer number from my delaer and called Ford CS.

After an hour on the phone, where I politely explained that 6 weeks with no VIN was simply not acceptable, I got a promise that the regional rep would call me and that my complaint weas being escalated and that I would hear from a "specialist" by Monday.

Well, what do you know, the regional rep called me last night and promised a VIN by today.

This monring, I received a call from "Mike" a Ford CS specialist. While I was on the phone with him, my dealer called me with my VIN. Car to be build week of 6/21/10.

So, apparently, Ford CS can be helpful.

And if you're really lucky, they'll get your car to you within three months of its build date!

Ah. So you took time off from trolling the World of Warcraft boards to come troll here? Great.

Thanks for the worthless comment. Did you have anything of value to add to the discussion or did you just comment to be an ***?

OTOH, I did spell "***" correctly, and, according to your previous post, I do get bonus points for proper spelling.
