I like it.

But I do think matte black is a little played out these days. I much prefer the matte grays, reds, and blues.

Flat black always looks terrible. Why anyone would want to drive a car that looks like it either a.) has dead paint or b.) is decked out in primer is beyond me.

I don't know why struck me just now as incredibly ironic, but I just noticed how freakin' SLICK and SHINY the tire sidewalls are!! Flat paint and shiny tire sidewalls?!?! Next thing you know women will be wearing shoulder pads and men will be wearing earrings! NOOOooooo....

It makes a more go than show statement, I like that statement.

I completely agree, if you paint your car flat black and it's still more show than go then you should have spent the money that you spent on paint on some bolt ons.

Why does everything that is cool for 5 minutes have to be done to death. It was a neat idea, and it's done. It also works a lot better on a Lambo or Ferrari than a Subaru or a Mustang.

Interesting, different, but not my style... It's the sort of thing I'd notice, wonder "why?" and continue whatever it was I was doing...

They look okay. I don't really see the appeal of it. And I don't understand this talk of needing to have power to back up flat black? Can someone explain that

All I know is they are a ***** to stay on top of and keep clean. I've seen some flat/matte black wrapped cars on the road and you see crap all over it and it's hideous

The Robocop tv show actually had a flat black Mustang driven by Robocop!

Because flat back is mean and fast and it doesn't belong on a 27hp Honda lawnmower with a fart can and a park bench, or even a 300hp Mustang. But that's what's called an opinion. And I think some might agree with it.

your totally right, I have a flat black hood and between the tail lights. The flat black areas are always where the car looks the dirtiest
