Flapping Exhaust Noise
I have the roush axle backs on my gt. After travelling 600 miles I could swear the car did not sound as loud as it used to.
Recently when flooring the pedal I can hear a loud flapping noise that sounds like it is exhaust.
Not sure if this has anything to do with it but the engine undertray is not on the car right now.

Are you flooring while in movement or stationary?
If it is while moving, People have experiences hood shaking due to air getting in from under the car because the under tray was missing for some reason.
