Right 'Round.

With Brembos, I'll have the right tires.

Might even head for a strip club to watch 'em go down, down.

Nobody picked Mustang Sally????

Although mine will likely be something by AC/DC. "Shoot to Thrill" or "War Machine".

After I get a good dose of exhaust, I'd probably throw either Paul Van Dyk - Connected or something from AC/DC on the radio. I'll probably bring a CD to the dealer with me when I take off with it, just to rock out when I take off out of there.

I ordered my GT today...now 8 weeks of waiting. While I wait, I too am putting together a CD for the ride back to the house...my dealer is 90 minutes away, so after I get a good dose of Mustang exhust music, I will slip a CD full of music for the ride home.

Btw, I'm also a huge Paul Van Dyke fan

Who cares. It's a car, not a portable music device.

Are you planing what outfit will first touch the leather?
Which shoe's sole will first caress the pedal? No.

Same concept with the song.
Unfortunately I have picked out the clothes I am picking my car up in. I also have a brand new pair of shoes.

Song wise I guess for most people it is something that gets you pumped and will help you remember the day you picked up your 5.0

I will have Born on the Bayou

Along with your outfit and shoes you have picked out...
Make sure you brush your teeth too, don't want rank breath stifling the new car smell. May also want to wear drivers gloves, that way you don't get any pent up moisture from your hands on the steering wheel- as you'll be all giddy with enjoyment and adrenaline.

I also find it incredibly valuable to first lay down a heavy duty tarp from your house to the dealer, and then block off all the traffic- that way the wheels, god forbid, wont be touching the dirty road. And it can be that much more ceremonious at your house, in true pristine condition.
