Congrats...you will love them,,,every time I nail it I smile!! Yet when cruising sound about stock...my wife, who hated the Flowmasters I put on my Durango a few years ago actually said she thought they were ok!!! I like the fact my Stang came with the Strut Tower Brace....

Did you have to cut the factory clamps to remove them from the stock mufflers as described in here: http://www.americanmuscle.com/frpp-s...t-install.html

I drove the mustang for a bit today with only one muffler (to get the rod bender), and it was obnoxiously loud and i was so embarrassed, the whole way i kept rpm under 2, cos when it goes above 2 it was just huge embarrasment, it sounded like a fart canon straight-piping.
After a whole evening of work, i got my Ford Racing Sport mufflers on there with my hidden hitch. so much bending and fitting and rebending and refit went into the the process, im exhausted from laying under the car all evening. but the exhaust tips look so nice, and it sounds so much throatier and lower and a bit louder than stock.
I can safely assume that i am the first and only 2013 mustang with both a hidden hitch and aftermarket mufflers.... not that it's something to be proud of or anything... just a fact : D
gonna drive around a bit tomorrow and put my bike on the hitch and go for a ride somewhere.
