Looks great. I have the one piece drilled and slotted on a few of my other cars and trucks. They never fade and seem to last for a long time.

What brand?

Keep them cool better and while slotted removes the gases.

Yes, agree on the cooling benefits, but the drillings are stress risers. Just curious if you track the car much, and if so I'd be interested to see how long the rings last before you get propagating cracks.

What pads do you run with them?

Look great though, 2-piece rotors are in general very nice and the big rear rotors vastly improve the look of the car in my opinion!

Very cool. The two-piece design helps strength and cooling. Will you be tracking the car? Can you post product details please (links, part #s, $$)?

Looks killer! I like the matching caliper covers too.

I have the same set of Baer Eradispeed Plus-Two 14" rear rotors waiting to be installed.

They weigh the same 13.5 lbs as the dinky 11.8" one piece factory rear rotors. Much larger, more leverage/brake bite, same weight. Sounds good to me. I don't track my car, so I am not worried about stress cracks from the drilled holes, especially on the rears that see less heat.

On the front I am going with a massive 15" Brembo Gran Turismo big brake kit with 6 piston calipers. I am waiting for them to be custom painted. I plan on going with the MGP rear caliper covers like you did and then having them custom painted to match.

Sounds good !!!! A little advice with MGP rear caliper covers thou. Having experience with mine, you are going to have to play with the bracket when installing them. They want to rub against the rotors. I tried everything and cant get them to stop squealing !!! They sound like when your brake pads are getting low !!! Right now I got them as quiet as possible, but not 100%. It gets annoying !!!

I appreciate the heads up. I have heard the same thing about the covers rubbing the top of the rotor but thought it was related to an individual installation issue. Not good to hear.

Is there any way you can think of to better shim them away from the rotor? Let us know if you are able to resolve this issue, thanks!

Is this a DD? If it is make sure you keep an eye on them. Mine came with drilled and slotted rotors. The front drivers side one cracked 2 months after I had it so I went back to standard rotors. Luckily I noticed it while washing the wheels one day before it got too serious.

Not saying you will have the the same issue, but its somewhat common I found out, so Just a heads up if it s your DD. They look fantastic though!

Are you able to get a picture of the clearance between the clip and the rotor? How much clearance do you have currently? Also have you tried loosening the two caliper mounting bolts, lifting the caliper as high as it will allow, and then re-torquing?

Here is a pic I found of a guy who had the same problem. The clip is RIGHT ON the rotor.

He was able to fix it by cutting off both outer edges of the clip where it was contacting the outer edges of the rotor. Basically he left a slender finger of the clip where it would run right in the center "valley" of the rotor where the rotor vents are located. Thus, no more rubbing. But the problem on the Baer rear rotors, is that there is no longer a depressed "valley" in the center of the rotor where it is vented. It is flush all the way across.

There's got to be a way to fix this! Please keep us updated, thanks

No it's not a DD and I do plan on racing it once, maybe twice a year.

I have only seen the cheap drilled rotors crack. I have R1 Centric top of the line on several vehicles as well as a truck that gets raced and never had an issue.
