I'm a little worried... But I need to try it, and for the price, how can I not? I just don't want to deal with trying to pop it out...spraying this..ect.

Hopefully cutting out pieces slightly larger than the reflectors will make it not so bad of an install?

Not sure yet till I get my hands on it, but definitely gonna pick up an exacto knife!

Next is my cheap A** wants to get ahold of a good amount of dynamat for a decent price to put small sections around my door speakers, and trunk for improved SQ and to see if I can noticeably kill some road noise without doing the whole car.

I installed my GT500 mufflers today!
Took about 1hr 15mi., with no jack or jack stands ( wow this car sits too high, lowering coming soon!)
These things sound real good at start up!
Not very loud at all! Just a nice tone, exactly what I wanted!
No drone, and almost not any louder than stock at free way speed!
Iam happy

After the first full day of driving with the GT500 mufflers, I love them!

And I can't repeat enough, you can't beat the price....I paid 297 shipped.....the thought of spending almost $800 for a little more sound than the GT500's just didn't make sense. Like I used to say about other objects, go for the "understated elegance"...these have the "understated" sound....still makes heads turn but not in an obnoxious way....I leave that for the youngsters!!!! Pulled out of the subdivision the other day and 2 guys were working on the fence....they both whipped around when I accelerated down the street....perfect tone and sound....and if I ever did want a little more volume, there is always the resonator delete option which is fairly cheap....

nice deal. I don't have gt500's but I like the sound. I know my neighbors hate it when they hear my outlaws.
