Finally brought the mustang home

Well on one of the worst weather days in December it was made a little brighter with finally bringing the mustang home. Although almost didn't make it in the freezing rain and sleet to the house, let alone up the driveway, it finally made its way into the garage. It was a little bit of a journey trying to find the right combination for the best price, but the little bit of waiting paid off in the end.
The 2011's are right around the corner and should be awesome, but being my first V8 and manual, I have a feeling that the 315hp will be more than enough....in the beginning. I ended up getting a black premium with the comfort, security, HID, and track pack (I would advice against using the track pack tires in any type of winter weather ).
No pictures yet as the weather isn't the best (I know terrible first post without any pictures, but you have to post something being so excited.) Hopefully over christmas or the weekend it will be somewhat nice enough to take some.

congrats man, i was in the same boat first mustang, first V8 so i didnt want to wait for more power 315 will be plenty to abuse (with love of course!). plus got to enjoy all the other features of the redesign a year or more earlier than i would have if i waited for a 2011. (assuming people willing to pay ADM and sticker snap up the first 3-6 months of production or so, i gotta get the good prices). enjoy!!

PS once my education is complete in a few years i will be stepping up to the next gen 2014 whatever SVT/GT500 car is

I can relate... 08 winter was so wild up here I couldn't bring mine home for good for 3 mos. Had to store it 'down in the valley'. I'd take a 4x drive down from 5k' to the valley floor so "I could take a drive..." LOL

Congrats - you will enjoy it despite it being a "wimpy" 315hp

Photos when you get a chance!

Congrats man. Nothing better then bringing the new car home, putting it in the garage, grabbing a beer and just staring at it

Took a couple pictures today even though it is still crappy weather out, so hopefully better pictures are still to come. Does the edit feature stop working after a certain time? If a mod could update the thread title to include pictures that would be awesome.
