Ouch! I’m in Florida, so I’m very familiar with our awesome love bugs and such, ohsix750. However, I’m not a technician or an engineer; therefore I’m not able to advise on repairs/coverage. As per your warranty guide, if the concern is caused by a manufacturer’s defect it’ll be covered under your new-vehicle limited warranty unless it’s expired.
Your service manager is in the best position to look into this for you and advise of any next steps.
BTW, that is a great looking bike!

Thanks for shedding some light for me. My car only has 1100 miles. My service manager told me to call Ford and B**** but that's not my style. I figured ANY 2014 vehicle's paint should withstand a single bug for a couple hours during the day. Especially my built ford tough Mustang.. (Maybe that slogan only applies to the trucks) None of the other 25 I killed that day left so much as a mark.. My logic as a consumer just has me disappointed in the way I was dismissed so apathetically. Up until this week I've had zero buyer's remorse but now I wish I would've gotten black..
