I got mine for $103.16 plus $10 shipping from Amazon.
I did not remove the existing cover (I just attached the pockets over it) because the inside trunk lid is not well painted under the cover. The pocket panel doesn't cover as much of the lid and leaves some poorly painted sections exposed. The included fasteners were plenty long enough to secure both covers together.
I have a flashlight, a first aid kit, a rain poncho, and some spare fuses and bulbs in the pockets. It makes them easy to reach regardless of what else might be in the trunk.
