There's no doubt in anyone's mind that Rehagen Racing knows how to take care of road racing style Mustangs, seeing as they're able to lay claim to being the 2009 Grand-Am Koni challenge champions, and threatening to take the title again in 2010. When they aren't out busting their tails on the Koni event circuit, they make time for modifications on customer's cars, like this sweet "Grabber Blue" 2011 Mustang GT. It's hard to express how simply awesome the 2011 is in just a few words, but what Rehagen Racing and Livernois Motorsports have done to transform this stock GT into a tough NASA (National Auto Sport Association) TT-A competitor, is nothing short of amazing.

First up on the mod list was a custom tune from Livernois Motorsports, yielding a stout 415hp and 399 ft. lbs. to the wheels. Even though the car is setup to dominate the road course, Shaun just couldn't help but bring it out to Milan dragway just once. With 3.73s in the rear-end, 275 street tires and a manual trans, Shaun was able to get her through the traps right at 112mph, clicking off a 12.68 E.T. - almost .2 better than the fastest bone stock 2011.

Back to the road course where Shaun feels the car belongs, this car probably has one of the most extensive suspension overhauls of the 2011's. Rehagen Racing's Chrome-moly rear lower control arms, Steeda adjustable front sway bar, adjustable panhard bar and FRPP 1.5" drop springs are just a few of the handling improving mods. The killer track wheel-set is a set of Roush Trak Pak forged 18x10's wrapped in Hoosier tires. Testing, testing, and more testing has been on Shaun's plate so far this year, but he's looking to see if he can give the seasoned NASA TT-A racers a run for their money. In the meantime, he'll get his 'Stang out to Waterford Hills any and every chance he gets.
