Cold air filter and tune

Have 2011 GT/CS and thinking of getting an upgrade at local shop. Anyone have this done? For less than $900 can get about 45 more HP. Thoughts?

Why when you can get a tune from American Muscle, free tunes for life on any mod you do from bama for less than 700 depending on what CAI you get.
