Four weeks and counting. They charged my credit card when I placed the order four weeks ago...

 

Five weeks and counting...

 

I was charged when I ordered too. I was just told another two weeks and I should have it. They blamed weather and Tax season. They claim lots of orders due to income tax refunds. next week will be week 8.

 

I just got a notice that mine shipped today (04/11).

Combined with all my motor parts, the UPS guys is gonna be real familiar with my address by the end of the month.

My ram air ducting is supposed to ship Wednesday!

 

I received my ram air ducting. It's installed. It doesn't fit my Airaid cold air system very well and I had to modify the Airaid cold air box, but it is what it is.

Well I got my hood today, but the louvers were missing along with any instructions. I guess I'm also missing the washer fluid hose and parts needed for that. Not sure if I am going to get another box or what. My wait continues.

 

When I got mine, everything was in the box. It might have been taped down to the box or fastened to one of the hood anchors. My hood was prepainted and I know they didn't want anything banging around inside the box. Call Cervini and ask them to send replacements.


On second thought, I think the louvers and stuff came in a separate box.

 

Ill look again. The hood is still in the box. Where the hood mounts, there are metal feet or bars that look like they extend to the end of the box to prevent the hood from moving. I pulled back the shrink wrap over the louver holes and could not feel the louvers.
Did the second box come with the hood or did it come in a separate shipment?
My hood came ABF freight, and it was the only box in the entire semi.
Ill have to wait until Monday morning to call cervinis.

 

It's been so long ago I don't really remember. But I think the louvers and washer parts were in a separate box. I can't remember if it was in the hood box or not.

 

Talked to Cervinis, they forgot to ship the painted louvers and hardware. This hood was ordered in the middle of February. They said I should have the missing stuff in TWO more weeks. Talk about disappointed.

That sucks, man. Sorry to hear about it. The Cervini stuff is nice, but dealing with them is a PIA!!

 

I sent them an email letting them know I'm not thrilled with the customer service. I don't think it will go any where, but I felt like it was worth my time. We shall see.
