EEU7 is the "computer code" which is interesting because i know every time you get a bama tune redone you give that to them and VMP never asked for that....
Even though VMP is gone, weeks not over yet, maybe I can help you out.

Could you post up (or send) a datalog of just the car idling? Start the data log with the key on engine off, then start the car. Let it idle for at least 6-7 min before stopping the log. The parameters you have selected in the previous datalog are good.

Cheers,
-Matt

I'm trying not to blame VMP but I feel other people should atleast get an idea of what I have been dealing with incase they have the same issues. The actual products them make are great, customer service side... not so much.

But yes give me a moment to go data log an idle real quick. Thanks for atleast taking a look at them. You are helpful.

Reviewing the datalog I see no indication that the vehicle is running lean at idle condition.

Your short term fuel trims are within normal tolerance for the entire datalog. There is a two "blips" on the datalog, I would venture to say this is caused by the OBD thread loosing to a higher priority thread in the scheduler.

What symptoms are you receiving that lead you to believe the vehicle is running lean at idle?

I think i was just assuming and was proven by a couple other people that my logs look fine when at cruising speed. I believe we have narrowed the issue down to it being a throttle body issue.

Have you ever encountered an instance where when the key is on engine off, the throttle angel actual reads 81 when the accel pedal is to the floor but with the engine on it won't open up all the way usually stays around 40, does that indicate a tune issue?

alright figure i would update this. So We had figured out the lean issue at WOT but as you know i was having issues with the throttle body not opening all the way. Well finally get a tune today from Justin that fixed it, what he did to the tune I am not too sure as of yet. But after I got the new revision, I did two logs, one in 2nd and one in 3rd and they both showed 81 on the throttle actual angel which is WOT technically. So it looks like it was something in the tune and not the throttle body itself.

So the logs look a lot better now. WOT a/f is where its suppose to be and WOT is actually WOT now.

Good news. Too bad there isn't some kind of checksum before they send a tune out.

I think i spoke to soon, I gave the logs a quick look over yesterday after i made them then sent them off. Today I decided to look at them again.......it seems were back to square one with the car staying lean at WOT. This was the initial underlying issue we came across when at the dyno....so yeah i guess its not fixed.

Russ sorry to hear. I hope they get it figured out. If they don't, you could try JDM I posted my updates in "my latest mods" thread.

They had to tweak the tune due to an unnecessary iat2 sensor. Other than that...responsive and smooooooth. I sent back datalogs from wot, they will tweak for more power if possible. They are very conservative and safe, and start off low, then verify all is good, then go more if needed.

I'm very impressed with JDM overall...product and service. Always there to answer questions and are very responsive.

yeah i made another thread but to sum it up it seems my accel pedal is either bent or messed up. Had to make a bit of a mod for it to work correctly. But now everything is fine.
