Exclamation Calling GT500 Owners ... Need your Help !

I ordered a 2011 GT last month and I'm debating on one of the my options ... I am reconsidering the Brembos.

What will tip the scale is if my 5Zigen FN01R-C 17x9 will clear the Brembos. I know some 17" will clear them ... so here is my request:

Can someone measure the distance from the center of the wheel to the outmost point of the Brembo caliper (front of course). I suspect it would be the point on the following picture:

I know the offset of my mags are good enough to clear them (worst comes to worst I will put some spacers)

I would really appreciate that info on that distance !!

Thanks a million !

It's around 7.5". It's hard to line up because my face is right on it when I am holding the tape. I can try and get a better measurement tonight by having my wife help.

You might also call TireRack (if they carry those wheels). They are fairly knowledgeable on what will or won't fit over brakes.

I measured my mag and I have about 7.75" from the center to the inside lip ... in theory it should clear the Brembos ... do you have a more precise measurement ?
