Just got my window sticker this morning. Build date has slipped to 9/20. Then we'll see how long it takes to ship.

 

Talked to my dealer today, car is scheduled to arrive there on Friday. 31 days from order to delivery, not bad at all.

 

Wow, that's extremely fast.

 

Who would I have had to sleep with to get that kind of delivery time?

 

Just got the call, it arrived today. 29 days from order to delivery.

 

My car was in Twin Oaks way back in May. Sat for 2 days before being shipped to my dealer in Springfield (Delco) 19064.

Shouldn't be too long now.

 

Dealer called today and only because I left a message earlier otherwise Anyways, the car is somewhere in MA about 60 miles from the dealer. The salesman told me the city but couldn't understand because he talks to fast. Should arrive at the dealer any day now.

Going on day 78 myself... I think my car is still stuck in Twin Oaks, PA.

 

I'm still in shock that it came as fast as it did.

 

It's good to hear that some people are getting their cars. It's been almost ten weeks for us, and the dealer still doesn't have the slightest clue as to where it is or when it will arrive. My patience is wearing thin.

 

That is nothing but a lazy dealer talking. All dealers have access to the Vehicle Visibility site which will tell you exactly what is going on with your car. It took my dealer less than 60 seconds to tell me that my Mustang was passing through Chicago, Il. today. You can call Customer Service yourself and they can give you an ETA.

 

Getting back to the original theme of this thread, I'm happy to announce that my vehicle has arrived at the dealership... did already do all the paperwork and signed all the stuff... so all I have to do is pick it up tomorrow morning!

Dealer called, car was delivered late last night. Earliest I can pick it up is on Saturday. Assuming all goes smoothly, that's a total of 88 days from order date to receive date. Not bad, considering the wait some other consumers were put through. I still say Ford needs to get their act together when it comes to order tracking, though.

Just found out that our car arrived at the dealer last night, 78 days after the order was placed. Can't wait to pick it up!!!
