It's one of those things that the Dealer or Ford don't tell you to do when you buy the car. I did four 80 to 0 back to back stops to bed
mine after I rolled off the Dealers lot. The slow stuff was done one my test drive. See Page 19 www.brembo.com

Yep. The Tesla Model S uses the same basic Brembo 4-piston calipers as our cars. They were notorious for getting sand or rocks stuck between the pads and rotors, and customers would complain about their brakes squealing (usually because a typical Tesla owner is your typical BMW/Mercedes/Prius owner who NEVER washes their car and beats the crap out of it) all the time. I was one of the few writers who would tell them to go to an empty street and bed the pads. They never came back for that problem when I took care of them

Stuck at work, clock is not moving. Lol Can't wait to get home and hopefully get this resolved. I'm thinking it can't be the pads at 3000 miles, probably something stuck in there.
Might be a dumb question but, just want to be sure, should I still do the rebedding process?

I would. You could also remove the pads and apply some of the anti-squeal lube on the backs of them.

Update-Got home, went to back out of the garage and it screeched/grinded for about 2 feet then the noise went away. Jacked her up anyway to check things out, everything seems ok. Went for a drive and no noise. So as some of you mentioned must of had something find its way in there, then find its way out. I will still take her in to Ford tomorrow to double check everything.
Feeling relieved for now.
