That sucks, but is a great opportunity for you to get a Roush front bumper cover and grill!

Making lemonade from lemons? You, sir, are ahead of the curve.

First and foremost, I feel badly for you. The person who did this is a piece of human waste. If you will deliver them to my gym I will put them in my cage with some of my young angry MMA fighters. Now, that's entertainment.

Second, take this opportunity to UPGRADE. If you are looking at a new grill or chin spoiler, the cost would likely be similar to simple replacement. Make Lemonade.

Again Sorry about your luck!

Yep that person needs a butt whippin'. Not so much cause they hit the car, accidents do happen but because they left the scene without leaving a note or nothing. That in itself wins them a skull draggin' rear end stomping, butt whippin'. If you can hit them in their pocket for damages and perhaps a big fine and a little jail time for leaving the scene would just tickle me to no end.

Like others, opportunity to possibly upgrade to something custom!

I had this happen to a friend of mine in his apartment complex also. Since you live in a gated complex, try and narrow down the time frame you're pretty sure it occured - say between 11pm & 6am. Then ask the front office to find out who's key fob or card activated the gate between that time frame. The management company will probably be reluctant to give the info -my buddy just happens to be an attorney and was eventually able to get this information and actually tracked down who it was.

It wasn't a resident, but a drunk buddy of a resident who was let in to drop the resident off. Just some food for thought. It's always fun to not let someone get away with something.

That just stinks. Sorry about that damage.

I have a dash cam installed that runs all night. I got hit on my mirror, and know who did it now. It is someone around the corner. It was a small scratch, so I did not make an official police report. But I will be meeting with the owner next time I see him.

Well, I ended up getting everything all patched up. Unfortunately the body shop couldn't find the grill that I wanted that was available on their repair timetable, so everything is all back to stock. Never could find the guy that hit me.

My suspicion is still that it is one of the maintenance contractors for my apartment complex that are in and out at all hours. They're in white chevy express vans, and they're all pretty beat up to begin with because the guys don't know how to drive...

At this point I'm just hoping that my insurance doesn't go up on renewal.

That sucks. I hit a deer with mine the first week on the way to work. Talk about sick. People are sorry that's for sure. Had a buddy go out to his car one day and saw it had been hit. He sees a note under the wiper that reads Sorry I hit your car. I am leaving this note just to make the people watching think I'm leaving you my contact information. Oxygen thieves

Great reference. I haven't thought of the trunk monkey in years. Just got to share them with the wife. When you have a woman who gets really stupid male humor you have a good one.

Glad you have your Mustang all patched up now. Sorry it had to happen though. Too many people in this world that only give a **** about themselves. Let's see some pics of how it turned out if you have the time to post them! Thanks.
Regards,
Phil
