I wouldn't say ghetto but I don't like all black wheels. They look like they belong on a cop car. Go for the ones in the 2nd link!

Those echo my thoughts exactly! "Police car" is the first thing I think of every time I see all black wheels. Some wheels that have black spokes but a chrome/polished aluminum rim are OK. On the right white car, white wheels with some polished aluminum can be dazzling. But I've never seen a car with all black wheels and liked it.

Black rims on the right car are DEAD SEXY. Not even a little bit ghetto. I prefer the second wheels, but both would look good. #2 allows you to go wider and get more rubber under the rear ANOTHER BIG PLUS.

There are definitely styles and colors of wheels that look better on different of certain cars, and color of cars. Black wheels are certainly a driver appearance choice, otherwise we would be seeing lots of cars from the factory with black wheels.

I like the black Brembo wheel, but I think the dark charcoal color is more appealing overall since the wheel design remains visible.

Like someone else stated, if you want a solid black wheel, don't blow your money on a design since it won't be too visible or noticeable.

I would not say ghetto at all! I really like the black wheels on the new Boss 302 models...

Now ghetto to me is wheel sizes ridiculously bigger than they need to be to get the job done. Wheel style is subjective to most anyone but I like most anything that looks track serious or original equipment.

Don't temp me! LOL! I would love to switch from silver to black wheels. My chrome spinner caps would look so good on a set of black wheels!

Black wheels to me are not ghetto. I have a black 2011 w the brembo gt wheels which are the same as the first ones posted except polished. Think about getting them powder coated I stead of buying new ones cuz you will definitely save money. That way if you want a polished lip you can still do that.

My winter wheels are black matte / glossy. I thought they made my car look a lot more menacing. But by the time I swapped them for my summer polished aluminum wheels, I was ready for a change. A girl can only wear black stilettos for so long before she needs some bling.
