Best place to buy resonators?

I think I want to go with some 18" resonators to compliment my Roush ABs. Based on a few YouTube videos it seems to deepen the exhaust and eliminate most of the popping sound which is something I'm interested in.

Where is the best place to buy these? How much should I pay and does the brand matter?

How are resonators installed? Are they bolt on just like axle backs or do I need to have a shop do the install?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I don't no where to buy resonators being that i had mine cut out lol, but I no they would have to be welded in place of the stock resonators or clamped in place but I think most people have them welded in.

Magnaflow makes some I believe - essentially you just need to have some round bullet mufflers installed where the factory ones are.

Go to a local muffler shop, they have them. Need to be welded in.

Well I've done a bit more research.

The only videos I've found of v6 Mustangs with Roush ABs are running Glasspacks. They sound great but glasspacks go bad after a few years. I'm not sure about cherry bombs. True resonators such as Vibrant won't go bad over time but cost 2x as much. I'm definitely leaning towards Vibrant resonators but I don't know what length to get because I don't want to kill my exhaust sound - I just want to eliminate the 3k RPM popping/rasp. I've got a few videos to check out after work.

Cherrybombs are essentially the same thing. Cost just a few bucks each.
