Backup Lights on 2010 from the 70's

Has anyone installed backup lights in the lower rear fascia. The lights would look like the ones from the 60's or 70's.

Well, you'd have to drill out the fascia for them, wire them up, and that's about it. As to why you'd do it...

I think they'd look at little out of place, but hey, they're about 75 for the '65-66 ones, and about 92 for the 67-69 ones. You'll probably want the little offset washers to help with mountin' them on the back.

The other thing is that the slant of the housing vs the slant of the fascia isn't right, so they'll need to be rotated and/or cut or spaced to make them fit better. Or recessing, but that'll get into a bit of work.

As houtex mentioned, the angles would be wrong with the later rear fascia. Could be done I'm sure, but not a bolt on.

Yeah, pretty much solidifying the 'why would you do it' idea in my head...
