Walked away with just a few scars!
45-50MPH head on collision with a standing object should have messed me up, but the Mustang is a safe vehicle.

Back on topic, I am curious as to if people drive their mustangs as much as I did

Mines a daily driver. Picked it up May 8th and just turned 9K. I'm trying to not do what I did in my '08 and nearly hit 30K in a year.

I know I'll drive the new one as much as I can (weather permitting), which is about 700 a week for me. The '66 will remain a weekend cruiser (when I get it back together).

Looks like you have a perfect plan

Got my 2010 last April and have about 12,500 +/- on it. Includes two trips of length from VA to NH and to SC.

When I get mine, it will mostly be my DD. I drive 80 miles a day for work, so if I don't go ANYwhere on the weekend, that's at least 20k a year.

Exactly why I'm keeping my '00 V6. I'll drive the new car Tuesdays and Thursdays, and weekends.

I was curious how many miles are on your 2010 Stang? I know it's January, and many are in storage, but I would greatly appreciate your help with this!!

For reference, My '05 Slocus is in storage every winter and I have 177k miles on it. I blew through the 36k mile warraranty in the first year I had it.

I dare ask who has the highest mileage '10, but be prepared to post a pic of your odometer for proof!!!
Got mine mid-May and I just turned over 8,000 miles.

I really appreciate the information. To those that contributed, here's your free beer.

Truth be told, I was hoping to find a warranty killer in the group (uber high miles).

That's cool, though. I think I can work with what was provided.

Thanks Again!

This is why I'm moving to a Mustang. I have a Miata, and if I was in an accident like Airsoft, I don't think it would work out as well...........

I'm putting 1000 miles a year on the Miata right now, as it doesn't work in snow or wet conditions with summer tires.
