:had too: lol
I didn't understand the YTD chart what the X and Y variables supposed to be
I mean if the "deliveries since april 2009" are in 300,000s what number does 35000 mean in YTD chart

Year To Date (YTD) stems from Jan 1, 2012 - May 1 2012. It's a running total of just this year's sales. As opposed to the cumulative sales captured in the sales since 2009.
There are still a lot of GM guys left out there who are trying to recapture the glory of their sixty-something Camaro days. I foresee things maintaining this pace for sometime with the Camaro outselling the Mustang and Challenger or Cuda (2015). Maybe it's just a little more bang for the buck in horsepower or could still be the "new" factor? S197's are still driven heavily around these parts because of the throwback to the models of yesteryear. If GM were to release a Camaro modeled after the 60's version as Ford did with the S197's, don't you think the sales numbers would increase way beyond where they are now..?

I'm thinking it's a new car. The Mustang never stopped, whereas the Camaro did, so folks are buying them because it's "new".
No worries though; the Mustang will never loose it's hold on the public.

While I agree that there's all sorts of resto parts out there, there's a lot of folks that are just not mechanically inclined to build/restore their own. GM could make a smaller wheelbase version of it (don't know how it would look), but with all the craze of the older styles coming back, I'd still think they'd sell a bunch of them.
Provided it wasn't 4000 lbs of plastic, I would too. Just like the early Mustangs, the 1st-generation Camaros were beautiful cars. The camaros being sold today are hideous conglomerations of plastic and cost-cutting put into a shape and look that appeal to younger buyers. I don't think Chevy will go back to the 1st-generation look, partly because I don't think they want to be seen as following in Ford's footsteps, and Ford will come out with the last year of the "retro" look next MY. I also don't think it will sell all that well compared to an overhauled and "europeanized" look that the Mustang is supposed to have.

Does 2013 model year sales count? If so I was in for one Boss in April.
The challenger shows with 2009 - 2012(there are 82 2008 MO listed). That there are 2119 cars for sale as used. Again just the 2009-2012. To capture the same time frame (April 2009)
So Since April 2009:
Camaro deliveries 262,567 .# shown to be used = 4429
Mustang deliveries 228,866 .# shown to be used = 5073
Challenger deliveries 108404 .# shown to be used = 2119
Camaro % shown as used 1.68%
Mustang % shown as used 2.22%
Challenger % shown as used 1.95%
So of the above Camaro's 262,567cars sold- roughly 1.7% of those are now on used lots, etc... So Mustang is the one that is far higher according to the sample...
So actual # of all used are not in there- but it's a sample of the used car market- (cars.com #).

This is the Camaro that I kept in the family. My Dad's old '67.
