Anyone put stickers on their car
Ok lets ask this in a differant way.
Back in the day of old street rods you would see the cars on the streets or at car shows and you would see stickers on the car of the aftermarket parts that were installed on the car, IE Edelbrock, Morosso, BBK, JLT the list could go on an on.
My question is would you or have you put any stickers on your car to advertise the part manufacturer.
Reason I ask is I just got my Borla S types and I was thinking about putting their sticker on the passenger side quarter window. Not really as an advertisement but more so when someone pulls along side and hear the exhaust they see the sticker saying its a Borla or whatever you may have put on it.
I know I have heard many cars and was like wow that exhaust sounds great, I wonder what kind it is...
Normaly Im against stickers (hell I even take the dealerships sticker off the car) but I dont think it would look bad.
What are your thoughts on it?

Wow, I didnt really expect this kind of responce!!
Like I said, I dont like stickers on my cars either but I figured I'd ask cause my wife is kind of old school and thinks the small White Borla sticker would look good against the tinted quarter window. That would be the only sticker I put on the car and it could be removed if I didnt like it... Just a thought

It was cool. In 1963. The only sticker that I have on my car other than the added styles is a Mustang Club of America decal on the drivers side 1/4 window. That's it.

the only stickers I have are my club logo on the window. I do have ford racing decals on the strut towers under the hood. A small sticker in the rear quarter window may not look bad. it is up to each person. Do what you feel you want to do. you can always remove it later

a little dragway 42 100mph club stickers been on my dash since 07, and a little mustang club static sticker in the windshield corner... did wear a 'fairtax' bumper sticker a couple elections ago for a couple months, thats all for me though...my toolbox has all kinds of crap on it
dragway 42 used to have these little silver shield decals for winners, those I always thought looked cool- but you had to 'earn' them- but small stuff like that in a quarter window or whatnot can be kinda neat IMO... the big advertising decals IMO are too much, unless its a race car...way too much if its a import
