I was just out of my car and crossing a parking lot today. There were a white lady and a black lady who had just come out of the building I was going too and they were standing next to the black lady's Corolla. She asked me if I wanted to trade.I replied, "You are obviously a very discriminating lady." She said, "Yes. I am discriminating." and smiled. The white lady asked, "Do you two know each other?" We both laughed and said, "No. But what does that matter?" Those kind of encounters are really fun.

Had a nice chuckle the other day. A friend of mine parked his brand new Mercedes AMG next to me at the golf course knowing he wouldn't get door dinged. That's a $150,000 Plus car....

When I came off the course and rolled up in the cart a guy had stopped his car and was looking at the Mercedes and my car was right next to it. I said "That red convertible sure is pretty isn't it?"

The Mercedes is grey........

Had gone to pick up some Timothy Hay for my daughters Guinea Pig earlier this week. Had an owner in a older Camaro vert (10 ish model) in bumble bee yellow, take a nice and slow drive by with this nod of approval and then took a good stare at the rear-end of my S197.

After he pulled me over 😒 the first thing the officer said was nice car 😀. He then had a chuckle when he saw the kid seats in the back and asked how I managed to swing that with the wife. Asked me if I understood that the speed limit still applies on the on ramp and let me go.

Claude's grabber blue GT500 and my car were the focus of some attention tonight at a starbucks that we met up at. His garnered quite a few stares, comments and photos and mine got some attention too. There was an AMG (i think) mercedes sitting a few spots down that no one really took notice of. Poor thing.

Yes, I have people asking to take pictures of my car all the time, I've had several people on the Interstate pull up next to me and take video's! At Car Shows {Cruise In's} it's constant. Plus a thousand questions about what I've done to the car! I'm glad other people enjoy my car and enjoy taking pictures!!!!

The other night I stopped at the store for a pack of smokes. When I came out there were a stunning pair of redheaded twins, perhaps 23 or 24, ogling my car. They asked if it was mine, and when I nodded yes, they both removed their shirts and flashed me. I was stunned. Then they begged me to take them to my place for a night that they promised I'd never forget.

I hate it when that happens.

I drove the Corvair to the grocery store Friday since the Mustang is having a couple of warranty items corrected before it expires on July 8 (so far I've had great service).

As I road in front of the store, some guy whips out his phone and snaps pics as I ride by.

Yes on the pics. Im always humbled because there was a time I was the one taking pics. People love mustangs, because we are all so diffrent and we show it. The person walking by my black agressive GT, will go nuts over the stock Kona blue V6 eight spaces over. Ford rocks for continuing to give us this gift. And we rock for making them as personal as we are.

My car has been in 2 wedding photo shoots and has a 3rd scheduled for this July.
The funniest thing though happened last summer. My wife and I were driving through a parking lot at a local watering hole. It was a hot summer day and the top was down. 3 girls in their mid 20's were walking by and one of them, obviously under the influence, blurted out, "I'll blow ya for a ride"!
I just kept on driving for about a minute, then looked over at the wife and said, "Well, there seems to be an offer on the table..."

I just traded my 13' GT in on a 12' Roush Stage 3. It is black with the lime green/silver stripes. It has been getting a lot of attention around town. I had an older gentleman in an Acura follow me down the highway yesterday as I was leaving WALMART with his iphone in his hand hanging out the window recording my car. I changed lanes a few times to make sure I wasn't imagining it and he rapidly followed me cutting of a few cars to get back behind me before the next light.
