Any problems with Blue Oval?

Anyone else had a bad experience with Blue Oval Industries, out of Elkton, Va. ? Placed offer on 2 items on ebay, getting ignored till time expired, then tried to follow up with phone call and got really pissed off employee that caused me to hang up? Been a long time since anyone went to this extent to kill a sale. Thanks.

Google and you will have the answer. You talked to the owner.

I am still amazed at how they stay in business.

no problem here

I purchased a CDC shaker and some pony emblem center caps a few months ago off ebay from them with no problems, I think it took about a week for each order to arrive at my step.

You hear poor customer service stories from them from time to time. Guess they have enough business to shrug off the lost sales.

Too bad too, some of their pricing is pretty good.

I recently bought a couple of sets of black 5.0 fender emblems from them on Ebay. I've read a bunch of horror stories about them as well but I took a chance anyway. Had them in a two days.

I guess we just take it with a grain of salt and move on. Been a car nut all my life; and have very seldom met this attitude. Thanks for the response;now we move on; to other vendors.
