Job 2 starts on 8/16 so the performance package won't be on dealer lots until sometime in September.

I'm sorry, i thought you were talking about the Pony Package LOL!!! The performance package won't be sold for a few more months.

 

Isn't the Sterling Gray '11 V6 in the currently running Ford commercial a performance package model???

 

The only external cues to the Performance Pack are the wheels and gloss black mirror caps. So the car could also be an MCA, or any otherwise plain-jane V6.

The pre-pro V6 PP cars look like they have standard V6 mirrors. No gloss black caps. Also, they look like they have the standard V6 brakes; not GT brakes. Hard to tell though with the 19s.

 

I wonder if the srtipes come on the P/Pkg.?I really like the rims.Anyone else have any info that would be great. The dealer will order one that I like.

 

Me too! I wish they were a stand alone option on all models.

 

there are no Perf. Package stripes. The car will come with MCA or Pony Pkg. stripes if so ordered.
