Any Luck insuring through allstate

It seems that I would save about 600 a year switching from USAA to All State. Anyone had any experience with them. Before I make a switch for the car I want to make sure I get my moneys worth.

Respectfully,

Roger

I'm on Allstate. Have been since I got my license in '97. No complaints here... Big thing is getting the right Agent. Mine is awesome. Some are typical. I'm paying less than $1,200 a year on my Shelby in NYC.

been with them for my current grocery-getter for years, but they gave me too high a quote for the mustang -- now I'm looking into Ford Insurance...

I got ran into once by an AllState customer. They screwed me royally. When I tried on multiple occasions to resolve the issue I was blatantly ignored. I'll never be an AllState customer because of this. Progressive treats me good and actually gives me good rates compared to others. Just my $.02.

I'm on Allstate and got quoted $1,023 per six months for my 2011 GT. Mind you, I'm 24 and unmarried, so that plays a factor. Hopefully that premium drops a lot once I hit 25 at the end of December.

Thank you for the feedback so far, I will check out progressive as well. The agent hooked me up with haggerty on my 66 and is offering on my "new car". So far it seems I should stay pat and maybe try progressive. We have never had any issues with USAA so far.

I would also check with Travelers. I've used them for years. I pay $356 semiannually for my 2010 GT in GA.
