was reading the AAA magazine tonight, They did a review on a lexus hybred and the GT Mustang.. The guy said on the car he was testing the feel of the clutch sucked and 1st to 2nd shifting was rough...and ford should do something about it, except for the plastic interior he liked everything else.
mine only has 275 miles on it so too new to tell...

I just wasn't aware clutches were under warranty, and the only reason I asked was because of ur mods. I was wondering if they gave u a hard time about it. That's awesome though.

Mechanical issues with the clutch are covered same as drivetrain. WEARABLE parts (i.e. the clutch disk) are covered for only 12 months against wear-out.

dealership handled everything with no hassles. the pins sheared. they replaced the pressure plate, clutch, and flywheel. they also replaced the clutch peddle. replaced the tranny fluid.
they detailed the car and provided a loaner.
i am very happy with the service at woody anderson ford in huntsville.
