This is my car. I have the gray MCA rims. I think the darker gray goes pretty good with race red, but others might disagree. It looks like the AMR's are a dark charcoal gray from the other link I posted which is what I'm looking for. So either that charcoal gray or Matte Black I think will look good.

Go AMR if th choice is those or replica GT500.

I have the GT500 replicas on mine in chrome and love them. Yes, it concerned me that they were a bit different than the real ones, but that went away real quick when I got them on the car. I love them. given the choice though NOW I would say get the AMRs. Especially if no one around you has them. they are very sexy.
I have the best of both worlds though, because I run the black 18" FRPP wheels in the winter and they look enough like the AMRs to make me happy.

I'd say chrome and then plastidip them if you want matte black. To me a red car has to have chrome. Just my opinion. Car does look nice now. I love the roush bumper and black grille.

I do like the MCA wheels I have not a lot. But they're only 8" and I want to put NITTO drag radials on it. Even if I wanted to go all 4 corners with the smallest tire (255) and not stagger them, I don't really think I'd want to put them on an 8" wheel. So I'm kind of stuck in that choice.

Thanks man. I'm definitely happy with how the roush bumper/grill looks for sure. I understand liking chrome. I'm a fan of Chrome too....but I also like the darker colors as well. I didn't think I'd like the grey MCA wheels because pictures didn't do them justice, but after getting the car I fell in love with the darkers colors.

Never liked those GT500 replicas. Never looked the same to me.
I vote RTRs/AMRs.
For those who say "everyone" has these wheels, I really dont see all that many people with them on forums. Sure id say they are a popular choice but Even if 50% of us on a forum had them, you could drive for hours and hours and never see another mustang locally with them. I'm in an area where a lot people have toys and weekend cars and I rarely even see another 5.0... nevermind a modded one or that has the same wheels/mods as mine...
