Anyone having problems with placing orders on American Muscle and receiving a confirmation email? Since Friday night I have been having problems I ordered some products the confirm page comes up and that's it nothing goes into my account as if I ordered it. And no emails to confirm my order either.

 

Now everything is back up and running and now I am getting two of the same orders and cannot stop it today is Sunday and no one is there. THIS SUCKS

 

I had problems on my last order about 2 weeks ago. Got a order acknowledgement and confirmation email, but no shipping email. Apparently it had shipped, but they never sent me the email. Also have had problems contacting them lately(could be short staffed cause of the holidays tho)

 

I had a similar problem with LatemodelRestoration.com's website. It responded with an error during my first attempt to purchase a product. Then the 2nd time it worked as normal. 15 mins later I received e-mail confirmation for two orders, and no one is available to cancel the extra order.

Update: Everything got straightened out on Monday and product has since been shipped.

 

I made an order on 11/26, and the web site worked fine. I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, but I'm sure it's because of the holiday's. They can surely get the double order straightened out tomorrow. Good Luck.

 

I think american muscle is having email issues, I keep getting the email errors from them

 

I placed an order on 11/29 and another on 12/2 with no problems. Already have tracking numbers.

 

Update: Order arrived two days ago. Got here faster than the tracking number.

 

I received OSS email after the item was shipped. Wonder what I'll get on friday?

 

No problem here ordering from American Muscle. Ordered Friday November 29 and email with shipping number later that day...Great items there...
