I just wanted to post that I got my order from American Muscle today (CAI,SCT,Wheels), I had some issues with my wheels and the center caps and WOW people are not kidding when they rant and rave about the customer service there. It is truly remarkable.

Very few companies go out of their way to take care of people like that, and I don't know a better way to say thank you than to let as many people as I can know about my good experience and recommend you shop there. You won't be disappointed!

 

I agree! I bought a black shorty antenna for my 03, well my wife had to call and do the order, and of course she got the wrong one. So I call the next day while m on lunch. I to,d them my wife had got the chrome instead of the black. So the rep says it's already been shipped. I was thinking s--t ! Well she then began to say that it was ok that she would refund the difference and send out the black one right then and not to worry about sending the chrome one back! Needless to say I was VERY satisfied with the customer service dept.

Oh, yeah, I received a package from American Muscle today. Not only do they offer free shipping on, presumably, everything, but they're quick, too!

 

I've spent thousands there, and have stuff coming in this week. Top quality all around!

Ive always had a great experience ordering from AM, they are top notch customer service!

 

They are the first place I look when I need something! I've prob spent $2K on my 95 w/them? So far on my 11, only $800. I want to go crazy, just can't quite afford to yet. When she's paid off, I can & will!! Just a good company!!

 

Yep American muscle is a top notch company in my book, I don't shop anywhere else.

I don't have a "Current Generation Mustang" but I wanted to add my thank you to American Muscle.
I recently bought a Roushcharger for my '06 from AM and just fired it up today. They had the best price on everything and were great to deal with. I did have to make a small change to my order and they made the change with no problem.

 

+1! I ordered my tuner yesterday and got an email today it was shipped! That was super fast! I called in my order and Jim, I believe was his name, was super helpful and answered all my questions beyond my expectations. He even explained the new warranty to me even though I've read it like 10 times before I ordered. He said if I find something I want cheaper somewhere else to just call them and they will try to price match it. It's really hard these days to find great customer service and low prices at the same time. AM really goes above and beyond!
